Dining Rewards Program
There are several dining rewards programs available. If you pay more attention, you may find out that all of them are from http://www.rewardsnetwork.com. So basically all of them are the same. RewardsNetwork itself has a cash program: http://www.rewardsnetwork.com/program.jsp. The membership fee used to be $29, and they increased to $49 from 2005, but it seems they still charge me $29.
